I have an active relationship with children. They aren’t mentally handicapped by wearing a mask. We don’t make a big deal about it and so they take it in stride.

A mask is not a noose. I have no problem with masks, for myself or the workers who make/serve my food.

Ive seen both sides. Ive seen children freak out because their mask fell off. Ive seen children throw them on the ground because theyre done wearing them. Every child is different on how they handle things mentally.

I know my stepdaughter oldest child is absolutely afraid of germs now. He was a normal child playing in dirt, sand, and never thought about scrubbing everything down. He don't want to get sick so everything has to be sanitized. He now wears gloves and a mask inside and outside so he doesn't touch the germs. He keeps them on at home also.
Now his mother and his sibling only wear a mask when at a place that mandates it.

Wow. I've never actually listened to Dr. Zelinko until tonight. I've been using his protocol for before you get covid, and used his protocol to be ready if (when) I get it and read some of his stuff but listening to him is really impressive. And a quite heart-breaking that so many people have been lost and so many damaged so unnecessarily.

He's treated seven thousand people. And lost three. Only about half were really high risk though.

Not conspiracy so much as nasty marketing

I'm having the same problem with TracFone. MIL's old flip won't work soon (if it still does). Ordered the free replacement in December. Nothing showed up 3 weeks later, showed as waiting to be shipped. Same thing the next week. I'll spare you the 0 stars rating of their service but I finally got to talk to someone who could look into it. Said they were really backed up since lots of people have older phones that need to be replaced.

Yesterday MIL sent me a note, she got a notice that TF cancelled the order. Click this link to get a free replacement. She sent that info to me, at 88 she isn't real literate with the phone thing and all the family phones are under my account anyway. I started with their online chat person. At least that worked out better than calling on the phone and hitting their cr@ppy tree. But of course she couldn't help me, She had someone call me 20 minutes later. They couldn't help, moved me to the next person. They figured out that since I had already ordered a free phone I wasn't eligible for another one. Have to bump me to someone who can open a ticket to get the "free phone" bit reset. Now I'm waiting up to 24 hours for an email telling me it is fixed. At least I didn't get hung up on while on hold this time like I did MANY times the day I was calling in January.

Once that EUA is gone (if ever) the employer won't be able to mandate a mask outside of PPE. End of story.

They can if they want to, it is their business. As was said, the employee can choose to follow the employer's conditions of employment or they can choose to quit.

Every child is different on how they handle things mentally.

Same with adults! Some people roll with most anything, some can't handle even a minor bump in the road.

My niece too. I'm not sure about the gloves but she wears a mask at home and stays in her room when her brother is home because she is afraid he will give it to her because he sometimes takes his mask off when he plays sports. She is sixteen.

She is suicidal much of the time and her first counseling appointment is still a few months out. She's been waiting for it for many months already.

Thankfully, her mother works from home. Which keeps her safer but it is also really rough on her mother because her mother is the safest venting target for her.

Yes I have been thinking about that too... but having animals and working in the garden should help the immune system
