I guess I am somewhat of a hoarder - not intentionally though. Over the years I tend to stock up on after holiday sales of Christmas and Hanukkah wrapping paper. Have friends/family celebrating one or the other or both. But everyone wanted a gift card. If someone wants all that unused wrapping paper for their bathroom - they are welcome to it.*

* I don't advise flushing wrapping paper unless you want to make your plumber a very rich person.

Hey - with all the "extra" time we now have and with an endless supply of wrapping paper, we can do some killer origami! Paper cuts, anyone?

I just ordered a new coop So we don't have to build one. Our friend has something like it and used metal roofing on the sides and back so we are going to use his idea.

It's 79" all the way around. This virus is making me spend too much money

I needed some things at the feed store, first time I've been out in a while. They had lots of chicks and ducks. I don't think there's really a shortage or anything.

Probably depends on your area. The feed store I'm looking at getting chicks from is doing appointments only for chicks, and they're selling out on day of arrival each week.

so in Maryland your required to wear pants when retrieving your mail !! No shorts. What's next .. A helmet ! Sounds like they are just testing us to see how far we will take this.

Actually people were getting the mail in their underwear. They just want people to wear clothing in public. It has nothing to do with pants.

That said, I admit I do walk around in my yard in my underwear... if you're looking, you're too close to the house!

Problem. I discovered that one of my Polish is pulling the feathers out of another's head and leaving a dried blood and bloody mess. She may have done that to another one as well. Is there anything yucky I can put on her head to make her less tasty?

Went to feed chicks one flipped out and came towards the front and out of reflex I waved my hand and ran across the bottom of the door with my left hand all down the edge of the hardware cloth. All these holes and rips hurt like a b****

Oh no!!! I hate hardware cloth. I have some around the gate of one of my pens and I’m constantly snagging my pants or shirt or hand or something on it!! Hurts like heck and of course rips the clothes!
