I'm not sure if anyone elses cities are on total lockdown? My city is going into total lockdown, no businesses open, for who knows how long.

When you say total lockdown are you talking about shelter in place or are you in Italy or what? Shelter in place isn't a full shutdown, it's a shut down of anything that's non essential. Mail delivery is still considered essential.

What is the Stay Home/Work Safe Order?
Beginning at midnight tomorrow—Tuesday March 24, 2020--Mayor Nirenberg is ordering all individuals living within the City of San Antonio to stay home and only leave their homes to perform allowed activities.
When does the Order start and when does it end?
The order is effective beginning at 11:59 pm on March 24, 2020 and with City Council approval, will be effective until 11:59 pm on April 9th.
What can I still do under the Order?

• Activities related to maintaining the health and safety of your family and your pets.
  • Examples are seeking emergency services, obtaining medical supplies or medication and visiting a health care professional.
  • This includes caring for a family member or pet in another household.
• Activities to obtain necessary supplies for you, your family and household
  • including groceries or food, pet supplies and pet food
  • supplies needed to work from home
  • consumer products, such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
• Working for an exempted business or government that is providing services needed by the public during this crisis (explained in detail below).
• Outdoor activity, such as walking, running or cycling, but only if you maintain social distancing, such as staying 6 feet away from other people.

What I do notice more now is the newish pain/soreness in other areas (neck/back/shoulders) when I’m on it too long or hunch too much. Cause even without my phone I have horrible posture and am a big sloucher.
Definitely need to work on my posture at least before I’m crippled.
I should not be falling apart at 26

This is what I say almost every day. Though I am 28, not 26. Two more years til I'm the same age my sister was when she got diagnosed with RA. Mind yourself.

Businesses and organizations that are providing products and services that are needed by the community during this crisis are exempted. The followed exempted businesses may continue operating, provided they exercise proper social distancing:

• Businesses that provide home maintenance and other services that individuals need to work from home, such as mail and shipping companies,

I would call your post office directly and ask what's the best way to handle this, i.e. they may not want people coming in to the post office itself.

I have a cousin who is a charge nurse at a medium sized hospital in Portland, OR. At the beginning of last week they had zero cases of COVID19. The next day they had two. Overnight 20 new cases were admitted. Two of those are in critical condition and are on ventilators. There were even some patients that were young enough to be put in the pediatric ward. I haven't talked to her since. Scared to.
