That’s good to know, thank you! Probably looks worse than it is? And yes, definitely easier now!! Lol before I was like “there’s no way I could possibly kill them!!” But now I’m ready to wring all of their necks right now :lau
See why I had an easy time getting rid of those 3. They were creating havoc so they needed to go.

I hope so too! He sounds very bold to me, and I hope you have adult chickens to humble him a bit. You too! Make him move away from you, starting NOW!
Mary

Thanks. He keeps his distance, just stands about halfway between me or DH and the flock. At 3 weeks when he did it, he did start to get pushy when I was changing the food and/or water and started to push me with his chest. I pushed him back! He tried it about three times in a row and I pushed him back. The next time I changed the feed, he tried it again, but only once. After that, he kept his distance. He approaches, but keeps a respectful distance. I can live with that. His name is George but I told him if he doesn't behave I can change it to Stu.

ETA: And yes, we have a flock of older hens and a very good rooster!

Yes! I definitely see what you mean lol I am still going to give them a chance and try to find them homes but if no one wants them, they will become food. I am thinking tonight I will separate the female and the Lav Orp and put them in with the big girls.

Yeah get that flock going. Then keep the boys penned up till you sell them.

From my neighborhood feed:

I heard some advice on the radio last night, it said to have inner peace, that we should always finish things we start, and we all could use more calm in our lives. I have just looked through my house to find things that I'd started and hadn't finished, so I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Whisky, a bodle of Baileys, a butle of wum, tha mainder of Valiumun srciptuns, an a box a chocletz. Yu haf no idr how feckin fablus I feel rite now. Sned this to all who need inner piss. An telum u luvum. And two al bee hapee wilst in de instalation. i luvurall forrreva!!
