Well I got my special daylilies planted.

I plant my tomato seeds indoors, on a heated plant mat with a grow light. Where I live you must wait until the end of May to plant them in the ground. Zone 7a.
Thank you. It was. They stayed in different rooms /floors in the house and used different bathrooms. Washing hands 50 times a day, his housemate said. They are in the construction business and had those kind of masks. Only one used the refrigerator and cooked. Its just been him, so far, thank goodness.
I like the saran wrap idea, too. Sometimes I do it with my planters outside. That is how I sprouted my glassine rhubarb, which grows so incredibly fast.I use red solo cups and Jiffy seed starting soil, inside under grow lights. A sunny window will work too. I cover the pots with saran wrap until the little seeds sprout. Don't forget drain holes.
Oh my! I am zone 4-5 and we plant just after mothers day. Sooner can be done if you use the water walls.
We have lots of clover and other weird little weeds haha they’re so tiny. It’s almost easier to let them grow some then pick themMy garden is usually over run with gallant soldiers/quick weed. I hate weeding but can't grow nice onions without making sure they are weed free. Rest of garden I like winter squash and pumpkins big leaves drown out weeds. I do a semi three sisters garden. Everywhere else I just rip through it with a weed wacker![]()
My brother and I got take out food Sunday(from a drive up). A woman in the back(working) remarked to her co worker that she couldn't smell anything anymore. My brother told me that is a symptom of the virus. Does anyone know if that is true.?
I am finding I am not enjoying the taste of anything I eat- even sweets, and other things I loved to eat. In fact I really don't care to eat or try anything at all. Does this ring a covid bell? I am alone except for shopping on Sundays with my brother.
He has major health risk factors (heart & diabetes) and is 69. I DO NOT HAVE HEALTH factors that I know of and am 72+.
