"Also, when passing someone it is advised to already be in different lane at a considerable distance e.g. 20 meters for biking. " Uh.... to accomplish that you'd swerve across the road and possibly get hit by a car?

What happens when your roads (like mine) aren't even 20 meters wide?

Dang what is up with all the vitamins? (Maybe if you ate better you wouldn't need 'em just sayin'...)
Yeah, 65 feet seems super wide.... how wide are most roads? Nowhere near that wide right?

And :lau I probably don’t need them anyway but I’m a bit weird and like them 😂

The fish one I only just started taking the other day but could probably stop. Thought it’d be good.

I actually used to not take any but it’s built up to all these recently.

I heard from someone and from my own research that 400 mg each of riboflavin and magnesium help with migraines so I started taking them in the fall maybe or summer and they do seem to help but then I stopped taking them for a while. Recently started again sometime this year. Then a few months ago my mom got a bunch of the gummy B12 ones at work so I figured I’d take them and use them. Then like a month or two ago I decided I should probably take a multivitamin since I’m taking the other ones and bought that one.

I am probably doing more harm than good with all these though.

But, and maybe it’s placebo, but I do seem to have more energy or feel better or whatever after but

It’s probably way too many though especially considering I’m mostly healthy and young.

For a young mostly healthy person that's a lot of vitamins.
Maybe better to get the nutrition from foods.....veggies....getting a garden going can certainly help!

Me too get ya some good bacon grease and extra black pepper for some country (pepper) gravy.
I also use it to brown with venison
Works great for a roux too

It's to the point to where the end packs have better bacon slices than the expensive bacon packs
It really is often better. I use it in place of oil or butter unless the flavor would clash with what I'm cooking. Rare!

x2! Also you don't absorb vitamins and nutrients as well from pills as you do actual food. And too much of any vitamin can be more detrimental than helpful.

Yeah, probably.

Weird thing though is even when I eat vegetables and good stuff though, I still take them.

I guess I think I’m being “healthy” or whatever but probably not good.

I think I might cut them all out except the riboflavin and magnesium haha

I actually just looked at the multivitamin the other day and it’s got a lot of weird additives like food coloring and nasty preservatives and stuff which I don’t like so I might stop taking that one.

And good point. I would hate to overdose on vitamins 😂
