Yes, this is a problem too. :/ I’ve quit other things before and it’s easy to just not have them around but if I didn’t have food around I’d be dead 😂

My issue is the making choices part. I am informed as I read/watch a lot of stuff but yet still make poor choices most of the time.

But I also just have poor willpower/self control in general and an addictive personality. :hmm
A job would inadvertently help with stuff you dont realize

Can’t exactly get one now with this whole pandemic thing going on....

Also how would that help with the diet choices thing? Unless you’re referring more to the willpower part ha

Well, not featherhead specifically (that I know of) but if I remember correctly he is or was a Marshal? And I know they sometimes portray/feature those on TV shows (although not as often) so I wondered how accurate it was. Probably not very 😂 anyway, sorry, I should have been more clear. My bad.
I don't remember her saying she was , but That's fine.:thumbsup Still is cool :D

Maybe try sticking to the serving size listed on the packages first.

YES it really says 3 oreos is a serving. Why even bother getting a glass of milk out!
:barnie
People would be shocked what a serving size is if they started looking at the label.

Who ever eats (only) three Oreo's?

9 only three Oreos?
I KNOW!! It is just not normal...not normal at all.
Check your crackers....serving size is 5. 🤨
:lau exactly!!! I always used to eat a million Oreos or an entire pack of crackers, etc. :hide

I think maybe just eating more real foods would help too but even then I eat way too much and give myself giant servings. :lau :hide

My mistake, 1.5 million so far, 7 million expected to lose healthcare.

Actually I read a article that did say 3.5 million, but like you just said, 'expected', and likely, from being laid off, may lose their employer healthcare. That's not a definite, and majority of them will have other options.
I read this article on NPR, people who expect they might lose their health ins should figure out the alternatives now.
