E-mail the teachers and ask how your boys are doing. I work in the public school system, so a lot of my friends are teachers and admins. Even if all is well, the teachers will appreciate the effort. If nothing else, a kind word and the offer of support is generally well - received.
On the Home Front, right about now, many of the kids are really slipping with their "Remote Learning" work. It's been going on for so long, now and deadlines have been stretched so far, that they think it's not important to anyone anymore. You'll be amazed at the instant motivation they find when they realize that Mom (or Dad, or Grandma) has "Mr./Ms. Jones'" e-mail ... and ...
GASP ... is actually IN CONTACT with their teachers!
