They dry really fast and make a good filler for soups. I grate and freeze some too, but I dry more. Cuz you know...what else are you going to do with 50 zucchini when all your neighbors have been locking their car doors!

Another week of D&D down. My players are traveling into a swamp filled with evil lizard people that have been raising the dead. The leader is a giant dinosaur skeleton that's a lich. A dino-lich if you will.

I swear D&D is the only thing keeping me sane. I'm working on a picture for them for the big reveal of the giant undead dinosaur skeleton. So far it's just a sketch but it's a start.

Filled my dehydrator with yellow squash and zucchini. Combined with greens and tomatoes and onions and venison should make some great soup .

Hah, not the kinds of mailboxes being removed. The ones that were being removed are the blue kinds you put mail in to be sent, not the kinds at your house you take mail out of.

I have a friend with a lot of people she knows in Columbus Ohio and there's reportedly a lot of empty mailbox spots all over the city now. You can drive miles without finding one.

I wonder how you get in there to stick a letter in and how many years would it take to get to its destination.

No related to the election, but overall what a dumb thing to do! (remove boxes)
With the cost of stamps and shipping just going up, up, up...removing the places people can even drop off outgoing mail is just not smart. Way to piss off the masses.

I mean I get that people pay bills online these days and it has impacted the USPS quite a bit, but there is so much ordering of goods, supplies, and groceries nowadays being delivered by USPS...even before Covid hit...that cutting services does not make good financial sense!
