Finished my drive!

Lady wasn't wearing a mask. No surprises, got in and out fast and kept my distance and wore my mask.

Someone had to be thrown out of my partners work for not wearing a mask. He was escorted out by the cops bodily screaming about "freedom". Some folks be cray.

Thanks. He IS Beautiful. VERY nice looking. Show worthy. Minor non genetic defect on one foot that makes him unshowable so they let him go at a great price, so worth the insanely long drive and dealing with an unmasked seller. But still wish she was masked.

It was a VERY long drive. I'm super tired.

My husband was just telling me of a pilot program that recruits medical personnel with Covid who are strong enough to work to care for Covid patients on the theory that they're not dangerous to one another.

They hope it will be a sustainable plan and buttress dwindling medical personnel populations.

The problem with that plan is that in practice those C+ workers will be interacting with healthy co-workers, no matter how it's planned. If I was a healthy nurse or doctor, i wouldn't be pleased at all.

I thought I heard a discussion that if it was different strains, a person could get both and get sicker

The article I just posted goes into some of it. The governor of North Dakota was proposing it but the nurses association nixed it as a terrible idea (which, they aren't wrong because all of the concerns listed above are reasonable).
