Found this link - and nearly wet myself reading a few of them... Some becasue they were so outrageously perfect. Others because, well, I've used them. I'm definitely filing the "100 yards of shoreline" away for our next scout outing!

Well, y'know, everyone has their own way of hunting snipe. It may have something to do with the native habitat. We were surrounded by cornfields and overgrown field cover, so the burlap worked for us. I hear others had better luck with a wooden barrel, but there are all sorts of methods. I guess we can't really knock 'em 'til we've tried them all. Anybody up for some snipe hunt research?
