It would seem so.I'm just curious. Is any pro-vaccine/mask post acceptable, and anything anti-vaccine/mask considered "political" and automatically verboten?

Everyone’s reality is quite different.First of all, welcome!
I think your question is one for the administrators but if you ask here, I think the answer is most of us are very pro reality, social responsibility and the common good.
Say what you want, be prepared to back it up with facts from authentic sources and don't be surprised that there may be reaction both pro and con.
Congrats! My dad just turned 88.I'll be 80 in July - given the assumption I live that long. Anyone here beat that ?
no one said anything challenging. I took IamRainey's remark as stating this virus is a REAL problem, and discussion here is about tackling it reasonably and with consideration of other people.

You are "pro reality"; ergo, I must not be. Right.
An icu nurse and a retired farmers reality is quite different. This is my point.Everyone's understanding of reality is different. Reality is something different than what we think or wish to be true. At the same time, the fact that we can and have a right to come to different conclusions doesn't presuppose we're all correct in our understanding. But if we're all interested in the truth we can do some research, share information and opinions and we're likely to all get closer to reality.
Meanwhile, mistakes and being flat out wrong aren't problems. We can all learn. But, frankly, I think it's stupid to cling to ideas that don't have any or only marginal validity.
73 here and about to be 74 next month.
I have no idea. I don't know what you think about anything. And I'm not an expert. I'm a person who tries to be informed. I always accept the possibility that I'm wrong. I also welcome the opportunity to find out when I'm wrong so I don't continue to make the same mistakes.
