Geez people, get a chat room! :gig
Hi, @aart ! I went down a rabbit hole last night that ended w/your efforts to improve the mouse trap - or in this case, heating pad warmer. I've still got to get the legs on it, but my small change is instead of a towel, I had a pr of fleece pj pants that I overheat in, so I cut the leg off and slid over the the whole thing. That way its fluffy on both sides. I won't leave a "curtain" hanging down though. Experience has shown that if they're able to find a way between the cover/towel and pad, they will; nature says bully everyone out of the way for that sweet spot next to Mama, & w/the pad, ends with disastrous results. For the same reason, I think the platform is safer than the tunnel.
Apologies for the info bomb, we now return to your normally programmed gossip. :gig

You would definitely need a big truck with that beauty!

Well THAT must have been awkward, especially for "Not Sam". Good thing you were discussing dinner and not actively in "the act"!

So was "Not Sam" Corey/Cody?
No. Not Sam was Rudye. Corey/Cody dated someone else, they broke up and he moved back to MN. We wrote letters for two years and June 1994 and the rest is history. He came to get me a la Beverly Hillbillies and we lived in MN until 1998 and we moved back to TX thank goodness. I will never ever leave again. 😂

"With natural immunity, the body develops antibodies to the entire surface of the virus, not just a spike protein constructed from a vaccine. The power of natural immunity was recently affirmed in an Israeli study, which found a 6.7 times greater level of protection among those with natural immunity vs. those with vaccinated immunity.
Requiring the vaccine in people who are already immune with natural immunity has no scientific support. – to argue dogmatically that they must get vaccinated has zero clinical outcome data to back it. As a matter of fact, we have data to the contrary: A Cleveland Clinic study found that vaccinating people with natural immunity did not add to their level of protection.
So instead of talking about the vaccinated and the unvaccinated, we should be talking about the immune and the non-immune. "

Why COVID-19 Vaccines Should Not Be Required for All Americans

"In March, researchers from Mount Sinai in New York and Hospital La Paz in Madrid posted a preprint study indicating that at least the second Pfizer shot might weaken T cell immunity. After monitoring a group of vaccinated people both with and without prior infection, they found "in individuals with a pre-existing immunity against SARS-CoV-2, the second vaccine dose not only fail to boost humoral immunity but determines a contraction of the spike-specific T cell response." They also note that other research has shown "the second vaccination dose appears to exert a detrimental effect in the overall magnitude of the spike-specific humoral response in COVID-19 recovered individuals."

On page 23 of PHE's "COVID-19 vaccine surveillance report Week 42," British health officials report serology tests are underestimating the number of people with prior infection due to "recent observations from UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) surveillance data that N antibody levels appear to be lower in individuals who acquire infection following 2 doses of vaccination." In other words, the vaccine might be reducing the all-important N antibodies that one generates from natural infection. "

You left out "among cancer patients" regarding T cell reaction. Their entire system is compromised.

I'm really hoping this massive experiment with RNA technology will lead to a breakthrough on cancer research. Maybe this covid-19 first time real try with the technology on a massive scale will give them some data that will help. Sure would be a great thing if it happens.
