Correct dosage for polyvistol to treat sinus infection?

I know that this is in the wrong section but I tried posting in the "Emergencies/diseases/injuries and cures" section and didn't get any replies.

Here is the problem, my 17 week old Dark Brahma pullet has a swollen face and I think it is a sinus infection. I got her some polyvistol without iron but I am not sure what the correct dosage would be. I also picked up some pedialyte too but I am not sure when to give that to her or what the dosage would be.

I use 1ml per quart of water, but make sure it's without iron. Or you can put a couple drops in beak 2 times a day. Also, apple cider vinegar in water helps too. Good luck!
