Cottage cheese?

I like a lot of things that you probably don't. We had an awesome salad at dinner tonight with spinach and lettuce straight from my garden. A lot of people don't like raw spinach or garden lettuce

Oh I love cottage cheese! But @Kiki doesn't and I actually loveee fresh lettuce I hate most store bought lettuce but the fresh stuff has so much flavor spinach I usually like cooked but I’ve never had it fresh from the garden cause I can never get it to grow

This was the first year my spinach and lettuce actually grew. But my beans aren't for some reason. And I really need to can a lot so I'm gonna have to plant more

My lettuce grew great the one year I did it but spinach either never sprouts or the cat eats the sprouts

I like it, but not with anything sweet. Just with pepper on it.

Though I do have a recipe for pancakes using cottage cheese as the primary ingredient and they are sooooooo good

It's delicious. But I like mine better, without the cottage cheese
