This thread has several hundred pages. Can a moderator (or a volunteer?) go through it and remove all the broken links? There are several hundred pictures that no longer work (for example). It's frustrating to sort through for a new person like me.

What's more frustrating is trying to find information in such a behemoth of a thread. The vast majority of the thread is not informational at all anymore but rather just small talk. There's nothing wrong with small talk (of course!) but it goes against the purpose of a "sticky" thread, which is to make information easily accessible so that people don't have to ask and re-ask the same questions all the time.

This thread, by its sheer size and all that it contains, has done the opposite. The "show me you quail pens" thread appears to have the same issues. A well-maintained sticky thread should probably be submission-only to prevent it from becoming so impenetrable. I ran phpBB forums for years so I will help out however I can if needed.

Have my 7 week old quail laying lovely now. 12 eggs in the incubator. They are blondes with a brown male makes it easy to see him

I would compare them to a wild birds call...

Noone will even know that you have them...

Also not classified as poultry ,as a side note, can most times have them without restriction.

Females are not noisy at all but rather soft and musical. I have 10 hens and 7 roos at 6 weeks old in my master bathroom waiting for my aviary to be finished. The roos crow but my wife and i pretty much sleep through it. Males make noise but my roos in the same room aren't as loud as my neighbors rooster about 100 yards away through the house walls.
