Could she be a HE?

Pictures of my Araucana Kiff. I posted some a week ago where i learnt my "roosters" were actually Ameraucana hens but people thought Kiffy could be the rooster. What do y'all think?

(could those be rooster feathers growing in?)
I couldn't find any saddle or hackle feathers however so I'm taking that as a good sign
