Could this be a roo?

Hey Everyone! I got some chicks from Hilltop Farms, and had a horrible experience. This is one of them. She’s supposed to be an olive egger and about 10 weeks now. Her comb is way larger and more red than the others at this age. Could this be a roo? I also received the wrong breeds of some of the other breeds I ordered. Is it possible this is a different breed? Please help! Thanks!

You're correct, that is a Cockerel no doubt about it. I don't believe that is a OE either.

Cockerel. The small crest makes me believe Olive Egger too.

That doesn't really look like a cockerel to me. Imo. she looks like a point-of-lay pullet. I see no male-specific feathering, and the feet look pretty dainty. In those earlier photos though, it looks 100% a cockerel. I guess you'll have to wait and see if it lays eggs or crows.

Every time I see someone write that they bought from Hilltop, I cringe.

That much comb development at 10 weeks, I would definitely say roo.
