cracked duck eggs at day 18

Hi All,
I am a total novice at incubating. I put 12 runner duck eggs in my brand new Brinsea Oct

20 18 days ago. yesterday when I took them out to candle 3 of them got small cracks from the pressure of the bars. Do I attempt a repair or toss them is my question? I so want them all to survive, but not quite sure how to proceed. The cracks are on the outside, more like a dent and have not penetrated the interior membrane.

I've stuck a glob of hot wax over cracks on a few chickens eggs and they hatched just fine.
