Cracked eggs received in shipping - okay to incubate or toss?

I would hope for a fluke, because if that's their normal, they will never make any money. :p

I've tried paper medical tape on my own eggs and got a few eggs to develop for quite some time, but i think only one taped egg has ever hatched for me. I would not recommend the wax as that was the first thing I tried and it just melted off. Maybe I did it wrong.
If you want to experiment, you could try multiple things! (sadly)

Don't bother with any poopy ones. :sick
Yeah, I'm going to try with clear nail polish (a few were not too horribly cracked so maybe they'll survive?). Definitely not gonna attempt the dirty poop eggs...I don't know why anyone would bother to ship those, kinda embarrassing to ship feces coated eggs to a customer in my opinion (not to mention unhygenic) ...

Thanks all! Appreciate the advices! :)

Yes, I took photos and messaged them. The damage was definitely from bad packaging as the eggs were placed on foam and wrapped in plastic clingwrap loosely, causing them to fly around inside the box willy nilly :( I don't expect a refund or replacement eggs since this is ebay but I will not be buying any more eggs from this seller.

Shame on the seller, :rant Don't want to throw fuel on the fire, but if you don't mind, who did you buy from, as I would hate to see others go through this. Poor packaging=poor business practices. IMHO.

This was from scarborough farm - they had all happy reviews so I thought it was safe to buy from them.

My first hatch was from a seller in NC but that one had arrived without a scratch so I'll still buy ebay eggs in the future on occasion.

Good reviews? Pfft my ***. That packaging looks horrific, all the eggs cracked up in the corner and feces all over the eggs. It’s good that you’re getting a refund but that is just ridiculous, you can’t sell eggs if you’re going to package them carelessly and answer back with “I’ll give you a refund”
Waste of money. I’m glad they’re actually offering you a refund.
