Crafters- What are you making???

Did you use a pattern for the egg aprons or just make it up yourself?
I cant tell from the picture.... does the pocket have any pleats or tucks for fullness?

You should make them out of chicken print fabrics and sell them!

Oh, I just saw that you listed the aprons in the Christmas Market thread, cool. I must have missed seeing the chicken fabric ones that you made.
Too many threads, too little time. LOL.

I bought some chicken fabrics last summer and I havent decided what to make out of them yet.
I found these at a shop called The Speckled Hen in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Id like to think of something to make with chicken fabric or a chicken theme for each of my nieces and nephews and their kids. Not anything big like a quilt. Something smaller to remind them of their crazy aunt.

I am putting goody baskets together: watermelon jelly, watermelon rind pickles, pickled peppers, apple butter, cookies, and 3 types of homemade quick breads. Perhaps if I am bored I will make some yeast bread too. I amy also try to make homemade ornaments.

Sorry guys, although I have collected a good number of yards of different chicken fabrics, I should have said that I didnt actually buy the whole bolts of those fabrics. I just took the pictures of the fabric bolts at the store so that I could taunt Terrie with the photos.

Shellie, Making memory boards is a great idea. Thanks so much.
