Back to the henscratch. Actually called chicken scratch or snowflake embroidery, my bad. Found these examples on ebay.

Anyway, been thinking about doing another. Pretty easy, just takes a lot of time. But they're really pretty.

ok, so I just looked up your link and I am in LOVE!!!!

That is toooo cool!!! It's sort of right up my alley lol....I love cross stitch anyway, and that has some similarities.

Thanks Okiemommy. The one I made was like the brown one. But I see some different patterns on the blue one that I'd like to try. I'll be looking for patterns for those!

Thanks for the link I am not even going there until I get my sewing obligations out of the way LOL.

BYCville swap- legs and eyes left
Fall swap- sewing the 4 squares and square them up
June Themed- buy last fabric needed and sew it together
June swap (4 blocks)-sew 4 squares together and square them up
Grandson's and Granddaughter's fleece tie blanket-cut and tie.
Grandson's and Granddaughters PJ's- hem legs and put in elastic (dozen each)
Daughter's Rachel's queen size quilt-quilt and bind
Daughter's Sally's queen size quilt-quilt and bind
Granddaughters 2 tops-just sew them together
Daughters CNA top-just sew it together
Repair Son's PJ bottoms- 2 second seam

I am thinking that is all, it is suppose to rain if it doesn't when I need a break I will be planting the garden inbetween LOL. I have gave myself until next Friday to do all of these projects, taking Saturday off for a dance recital and graduation party.

Wish me luck my sewing projects start tonight. I am sure I will be checking in now and then so ya all try to behave without me, because I don't want to miss the fun.
