Crafters- What are you making???

Ok, that's it... I'm fed up with my miniature ironing board! I miss my big one that folded out of the wall in the old house! I am going to have to get a full sized ironing board soon or I'm going to go crazy! Working on this quilt on the tiny ironing board I took with me to college is not fun. But I'm making progress! Before long, all I'll have left is the border.

I love all of it....But when you were making your daughter's afghan you said she liked the bright colors and you didn't. hmmmmm

Are you sure the Dresden Plate pattern isn't hard? It looks hard.

ETA....Cute kids you have there.

LOL!!! Thank you

The dresden paltes, no not hard at all and so dang pretty!! For the pointed ends you just use exactly what I have there but instead of sewing it down flat, you make two folds on the ends and it becomes a point, think I'll do that next. That fabric for the dresdens was a kit from joanns, actually two of the sme and it was called raspberry and lime. The scrappy string quilt is just all my scraps from all of that...it really is the most fun to make, love doing that!!

I agree you are really talented!!

Here is what I have been doing last couple days...The knitting bug bit me and I have actually had incentive to go back and rework and finish some stalled projects from last winter

This is a scarf I started when I was in Ashville NC last november..It started out too wide because of the double strand so I had to rip it out and start all over again. I did that yesterday afternoon and just finished it

Here is a close up, it's blurry because the sparkles are competing with the flash.

Here is the hat I knitted last winter that this was suppose to go with ...better late than never

Here is the scarf I made for my soon to be MIL..This is only one section of it. This is that yarn that is has several different types and varieties of yarn in one ball that strips itself.

And here is my two latest wash clothes.. I'm always making those to keep my hands busy when I want to do something simple.

Jenlyn, do you have the pattern for those dishcloths? I can't knit...yet...but will eventually learn. My grandmother used to make those exact dishcloths and I don't have the pattern, but would love it if you could send it to me
