I have never seen anyone use beads in cross stitch! THAT IS BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Thanks everyone for the compliments. I have several of this artists pieces stitched up. Pretty much in all of her designs she uses the glass seed beads. She also uses crystal treasure beads, bugle beads, pebble beads, hand dyed rayon threads and ribbons, ect. They are beautiful pieces once completed. The artist is Nora Corbet and her charts are sold under her company name Mirabilia.

Everyone on here has done some amazing stuff I love looking at all the photos posted!

Since everyone else is sharing pictures I guess I can show what I have been doing lately. I have already posted this pic in 2 other threads and figured some people might be getting tired of seeing my eggs. It seems like lately this is ALL I ever do.

Oh, and I forgot to add, since we are on the subject of Miss Prissy's great talents I should mention this. If it had not been for her posting pics of her own eggs done like these I would not have ever thought of it myself and never known how easy this is.

Crochet slippers, rug made of wool berber I scored at the thrift shop, all 4lbs of it for $4.50, needlepoint and fixing a quilt my nana gave me years ago.

Actually I have quite a few projects going on now.

Kathyinmo—Thank you so much! The skill that goes into your quilts is incredible. I can only hope that one day I have the skill you do. I’ve tried paper-piecing but none of the pieces came out the same size, lol. I like to do rag quilts to cover up all my mistakes, lol.

Therealsilkiechick—Thank you! With this one I cut my own strips. This one is cut at 3 ½ inches although most patterns call for 2 ½ inch strips. This site has lots of information on strip quilting. http://quiltville.com/scrapusersystempf.html Scrambled Egg has been calling me the “Strip(ping) Queen because I have 2 strip swaps going on right now.

Horsejody—Thanks!

Algopurple---Love your eggs! Especially the Peanuts ones!! I need to make some of those. I have a Snoopy collection that started when I was 10!
