Wow Jen, really great stuff!

I got the rub on transfers from Micheals (those were the devil-transfers I was telling you about that wouldn't go onto the surface for me

)
put the transfers on some blank ornaments I also got from Micheals, and sprayed them with a sealer that you use on ceramics and acrylic painting, then while it was still wet, sprinkled some super, super fine Martha Stewart brand glitter on two of them. I took my finger and rubbed the glitter off of the transfer so that you could see the snowmen better.

And that's it

Pretty easy, even with transfers that wouldn't cooperate.

Here is the other Necklace I made. I made this one for one of my kid's teachers:

I am working on the binding for this quilt. Almost finished.

I really like the pattern chosen for the quilting. It mimics the designs in some of the fabrics.

Beautiful Miss Prissy!

I'm a boring stitch in the ditch quilter on anything that has a straight line. Only time I make curvy stitching is when I applique following the curves of the applique.

I'm working on finishing up this tree skirt for another friend. These are the strips from the Winter Themed swap we had.

Love it, CM!

Thanks everyone. This quilt started with the intentions to be something else and I hated the blocks as they went together so I scrapped the original idea and decided to use some different fabrics and just made odd blocks and piece them alternating. I love the look of this one.

I tend to be a fan of quilts that look more like the ones I slept under as a child. I slept under quilts that were 50 - 80 years old. They were pieced at a time when you used what you had and no one bought specialty fabrics to cut up and make a quilt.

Kathy, you do beautiful work. I have seen your quilts you posted this week! Fabulous.
