Jen I love the colors in the afghan.....Wildsky, love the needle felting (my neighbors are always doing things like that with alpaca fiber)...Sara, the pendant is awesome (i'd love to have one)

Here is just one sample of what I have been making for the last few years.

This is just one of about 700 different styles of pens I can make.

I have been helping my kids make pendants for the last few months. it is easiest to show them with a link to the web page I made for them

I also do scroll saw work but don't have any phtotos of that.
I made custom fishing rods for myself and my son last summer but that was pretty much a one time thing. I am trying to use some of the rod decorating techniques in my pen making though. That is where the idea of the feather pen on my page comes from.

I buy the glass already cut with the edges smoothed and look through old magazines, catalogs and photos for the pictures I use. Everything is sealed with a glass glaze, like Diamond glaze which I think can also be used for the bottle cap pendants too. I've made about 100 of those glass pendants in the last few weeks since we have had lots of snow and I just stay inside and make stuff. I'm slowly adding them too my etsy page so I can show them off

Sounds like fun! I'm definitely going to have to find some diamond glaze. I've heard of it before being pretty good stuff. Do you know if hobby lobby carries it?
