Crafters- What are you making???

If they have caps or corks you could fill them with all sorts of things from M&Ms to popping corn. just tie a bow with a small card explaining how to pop the corn in the microwave or even mix candies, pretzels and peanuts and make it "bar snax". i have given macaroni in wine bottles with seasonings tied on and have even put soup mix, dried veggies and noodles with seasonings in a bottle.
have fun

I like to make crafts out of things I find. Right now I am making mosaic pictures using sea shell pieces that the kids and I collected over the summer, as well as making windchines.

I am making ornaments out of used shotgun shells, if I can find my camera I will post a picture, some are kinda cute. (No animals were injured in the making of these ornaments, the shells were from my husband who only does trap/target shooting!)

Hi everyone! Mind if I join the conversation? I need to get started on soap making soon. I've been making soap for about 5 years now. I do both hot and cold process although I prefer the hot process method the best. I think for Christmas I will make Oatmeal & Honey Goat Milk Soap, Lemongrass & Sage, Champagne & Roses, Shea Butter Soap and Hemp Seed Gardeners Soap. Then, if I have any extra time I've been wanting to try to make a Saltwater Suds Soap. The Saltwater Suds Soap should be perfect for dish washing. I never use Vegetable Oil or Crisco in any of my soaps! I will only use the finest ingredients I can obtain. A YouTube friend of mine named Nancy Today has been a great inspiration for me in soap making.

I've never made soap - mostly because the initial invesment of materials always seemed so high. can you suggest a 'cheap' first kind I could try making?
