Won ton wrappers are a little different texture than pasta but they do wonderfully as ravioli wrappers when you don't want to go to the trouble of making fresh pasta or don't feel you have the expertise....or don't have a pasta machine and don't want to go the trouble of doing everything with a rolling pin.
