Crazy chicken lady?

count me in I have 30 with no coop so they all reside in my hubby's shop which i have turned into their temp coop until we can get their coop rebuilt it got knocked down during the last storm we had. I love my chicks i find them very relaxing I told my hubby I was quite content to leave them where they are because i can watch them peck around their run from the back door

I am totally obsessed too and my chicks haven't even arrived yet (july 5th). I haven't picked up my kindle in weeks, all I read is this forum and Chicken Books. The more I learn about chickens the less I know. We are in the process of building a coop and I am making my husband nuts with ideas, changes and pictures from this site. My kids tease me and say I have "Empty Nest" syndrome, I say "not for long."

Okay, so I ordered 3,000 meal worms in the mail, but since it is so hot here already, I had them delivered to my office so they would not sit outside. Now, work is calling me the “Crazy Chicken Lady” also….. but they are all fascinated. I think a few might be thinking about giving it a try, either that or they are just indulging me

I would rather go to Chicken anonymus than alcohol or narcotics anonymous. At least you get some delicous eggs out of the addiction!

Yep, that's me, too. We even stayed home on vacation instead of going camping because the chicks were too young.

No need for a chicken cam here, since we homeschool and I am generally home. And if I'm not, usually one of the kids is. We ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ love our chickies.

And we love them, too.

I say we get some hats and start a club.

I just saw the title and thought someone was talking about me (or impersonating me!) My husband says I am the crazy Chicken lady...even the UPS man said something to that effect today... lol

I am also know as THE Egg Lady lol
