Cream Legbar Chick Sick?

We just got a cream legbar chick. When we got home we realized she had tons of stool stuck near her vent. We did an epsom salt to get most off, but noticed maybe an abscess which now looks open? She’s also walking a bit unsteady. We separated her from the other because they would not stop packing at her rear end, it was pitiful. We did some electrolytes. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!

Now that her feathers/fluff have dried a bit it doesn’t look as bad. Put some triple ABX ointment on it too. I think it may have all been from the stock poop!

That's great!! What you are doing sounds good to me!
If you can get a more clear picture I might be able to see what's going on
