I have 14 week old chickens--some of those cockerels need to go soon.
They are from Trader Joes Fertile eggs. They are a cross of Hy-line brown roosters over Hy-line white hens. Some of the boys are rather large.
The yellow ones are TJ's just hatched. The others are AustralorpsWe were just discussing this on our Illinois thread. Seems like the Trader Joes here in Illinois does not receive fertile eggs. Junibutt can attest to that. I would love to give it a try. Can you post a pic of the chicks?
