Cream Legbars

I actually meant about the pullet/roo ratio but I mostly agree with the shipped eggs too!
Oh yea that. I am having a real hard time believing it myself. I now have 2 boys and 9 girls with one more zipping and the last egg inactive. I am hoping i get one mor boy though so i can have another to choose from for breeding.

Congratulations, that is an awesome hatch you are having! I have had miserable luck in hatching CCLs, all of which were shipped eggs.

Pictures? I can't wait to see the new babies! Out of curiosity, everyone who is having pullet heavy hatches, what do you feed? I use fermented feed as well as ACV in the water, and my girls' hatches have been pullet heavy too.

I finally had a pullet heavy hatch last week- for the first time since early spring!!!

Did everybody see on the UK CL Breeder Group on facebook that Jill Rees' shipment of breeder stock has arrived in the US and is now in quarantine awaiting shipment down to GFF?!?!?! So exciting!

Awwwww! Way too cute! Details, please! And how is Buddie taking to them?
They are great Pyrenees, two females-so i hope they work out. Most of the guard dogs are males or a pair but im hoping these two sisters will work out. They are six and a half weeks old . I never knew they had ones with color until i watched that dog101 show on them. I was happy to get these two, i really hope they keep their color. The lady told me the parents looked the same as these two when they were pups but they lost most of their color and now look white.

If your looking really close you can still see some color patches around their eyes and such. I have these puppy's living next to the goats and as soon as they are agile enough to keep themselves safe they will just be in the same pen. I took them into my chicken coup and they were a bit apprehensive about it. As soon as they got a half way in the pen the two barred Cochin broody moms rushed them wings out like a turkey and chased them off. One even got kicked. they were rather scared lol. I have allot of training to do, i have hopes for free ranging chickens goose and goats as soon as they are mature.. Buddie loves them but hes always jealous of other dogs. as soon as i go to pet one or call another dogs name he comes right in my face. hes an attention hog.

Ok. Final results are in for my first mail ordered CL eggs hatched. I had 12 of 13 hatched after romoving 5 that candeled clear. I have 3 boys and 9 girls. I could have ask for better results than that.

He's young still, but I think this little guy might be a keeper. He's showing a little gold in the baring on the hackles - but I like him so far
