I love the hats! I haven't been on here in a while so I know I've missed a lot. I made pumpkin hats for my granddaughters and my great granddaughter for Halloween and have santa hats in mind for Christmas. Will have to send a photo next time.

Ive been working on this baby blanket for a family friend. I am pretty happy with the way the colors worked out together. raided my stash for most of them but went and picked out the pink because i didn't have any that i liked at home.


Other than this just been waiting on my last participant's squares to arrive for the swap i hosted.

Here is the finished product, I'm very happy with it. Added a flower to the hat too, figured if they didn't like it I could always take it off later! The new momma is dealing with a little PPD so hopefully it will cheer her up. Gifting it on Saturday hopefully!

I found the stitch pattern in one of my books, figured out the edging myself(so glad it worked!!) and decided it needed something more when I was done so I added the rose & leaves, i think they look nice.

Are the colors just crocheted over the top of the double crochet? and where did you get the pattern for that rose?
