Sunny=That skirt will be amazing. You're missed on the swaps, but we'll probably still be swapping when you get that masterpiece finished.

I have a pretty young (mid 20's) partner at work and showed her the pic and she liked it too, she said she would wear it.
COOL! Nice to hear from someone closer to my DDs age (she's 33) that she likes it. :D

I finished my afghan, which measures about 68" square.

WOW! Are you sure you just leaned to crochet?!!

Awwww! Thank you Alethea!!! I have a slight problem with it. Apparently I started stitching a lot tighter cause the skirt has the right amount of stitches but is getting shorter.

Ah well. I'll just unravel the last three panels I did and try to relax. lol

Quote: Yes, I really just started at the tail end of December/early January. Thank you! You're very sweet.

I'm working on a V-stitch scarf right now from Caron Simply Soft in Autumn Maize that Cetawin gave me. It was a pattern for bulky yarn and a large hook, but if you know that yarn, it's very fine for a #4 and I'm using an H/5mm hook so it's taking ages to get through it. This is 14" of the 52" length the pattern calls for. I'm also doing a commissioned quilted bed runner and making crocheted washcloths to replace our old ones so not working on it constantly. It may take a month to finish at this rate.

Hope you don't mind a "few pics"

The animals are amigurumi crochet except for the white and the pink lambs. Granny square throw is 4'x4'.
