This is one of the easiest and fastest I know and you can make it larger if you like as well. I've made a ton of them! If you make it longer, you can put a twist in it and make it a mobius cowl and the author of the pattern even has an easy tutorial on how to do the twist. Easy peasy! I've made them with bulky yarn as well as regular worsted weight, double and even triple strand. She also has other very pretty ones you can do. Just got this heirloom afghan from my aunt that my deceased German grandmother crocheted. A real treasure. She was very talented! But, I can't figure out these stitches!!!!!! Can anyone help decipher this pattern?
I'm not sure what that stitch is, but it sure is pretty. Nice that you have that!
My sister in law liked the crocheted cowl I gave her for our "hey, happy to see you at our once-a-year-blow-out" so much that she bought four more of the cowls in our web store for gifts for other people! Thanks, Janet!
And then, this morning, she PM'd us and said she wants yet another one, this one for herself! And she's pushing our business as well, so I think we hired ourselves a public relations manager! Thanks again, J.
This month, I've sold about six or seven cowls, a shawl, a set of mug mats/cloth coasters and a quilted holiday table topper. Guess I should start my building fund for my 12 x 24 Super Coop!
