I just figured that since you guys were talking so much about Gardening and since you are green thumb enough to have a greenhouse business that I would ask you guys some of my questions....cause I have a million of them.....and I would probably have about 20 different question posts over there....It was an added bonus that chuck knows about Gardening also.

Yes!! It is helping thank you!!!

And thank you for the clarification on the Marine paint. Now where might I find Marine paint?

I think either way I slice it, this is going to be expensive.
sad.png
More expensive than my husband will go for I think...and more expensive than I realized it would be.

I've already got the hardware cloth.

I've already got the seeds.

Need the dirt or horse poop.

Need the wood.

Need the paint.

I think bricks would be too expensive, but I really like the idea

Are the landscape timbers a no go on veggie beds also?

Your Majesty, I am sorry the loan didn't go through for you on the house. You might want to set up a meeting with your banker and see what the reason was for the loan not being approved. Also there are other agencies out there for Rural/Farm home loans.

You can check the foreclosure listings and see if there is anything that might do for your needs in them. I am heartened to hear that your DD is making some improvement, even if it is slight.

NC, Congrats on the new DGS. Good looking family there,

Okie, landscape timbers can be used for raised beds, in fact I have seen some really nice looking raised beds made out of them. As far as bricks/pavers go, they can be used. Look for places that are tearing down old buildings and see if they will let you salvage the bricks for free or at a cheap price. I was lucky in that part of my backyard had a garage at one time that was floored with paver bricks. Over the years the dirt just built up over them just waiting to be dug up and reused. Also don't forget to check out your local craigslist, kijiji, and freecycle websites and see if anybody has some materials that they are giving away or cheap. You can always pm or email me with questions and I will be more than happy to get an answer for you.

Great looking baby. Isn't that a blessing! Nothing brings up spirits and love like a new baby. A new baby is so rewarding and the love that fills your heart is not mistaken for any love you ever feel.
I just can't wait for the 3 new babies in the family to come.

I've got the spring fever, but I have seen some good spring snow storms in my day. Wet, heavy, snow. Perfect snow chicken snow.

Some day Karan there will be another snow chicken in this area. It maybe next year but it will happen.
lol.png
This is actually the only year I can remember not ever sledding because the snow was so little and the cold was unbearable.
