Hey everyone! Still typing one handed.

My DH looked at my finger today and thinks I hit the bone.

Been taking real good care of it and no infection yet!

I gained 2 new residents, a white rock rooster and a buff orphington rooster. I plan on keeping the white rock but am trying to rehome the BO. They were my DSs MILs. I have been considering getting a bator and hatching my own lil ones so the rooster is just what I needed since my girls have been on their own for 2 years. Now I just have to settle on what kind of bator I want.

Jen I vote for #1 too.

QS I love the pot holder! Really cute. Have you ever watched Wallace and Grommit? There is a penguine in one of their shows that disguises himself as a chicken and your potholder looks just like him!

Alittle late Jen, but I agree with Prazor, the second dress seems daytime - ish..I like the buckle on the first one and it seems more like evening. Maybe you could wear some of those gladiator sandals that are so popular with it, the ones that are made to strap around your ankle? Anyway, have fun!!

Have a great day folks, no lottery win or early retirement so another day at work looms..although grateful for my job..just would sure like to be in a position to not have to work financially...oh, well, someday I hope!! Wow, SE... I thought that was just what people in our county say, "I'm just glad to have a job". With 15% unemployment,

things here are scary. I'd love to win the lottery so I wouldn't have to work, but I've sworn off of it unti lBev

puts the lottery money back into education. A bit of good news - did you hear that Apple is bringing a tech center into NC? That's our county! Maybe things here will start looking up!!

well i went yarn shopping last nigh i need to get some more cotton yarn for my chicken towels as they are selling pretty good...
made a fishy dishcloth its cute...i'll post pics here in a few.
gotta finish Purr's horse and then i have some towels to make for another bycer....
