Well I made a granny square slipper lol yep just one lol!!

I LOVE the slippers!! If they are too slick - get some Tulip Puffy paint and make li'l tread designs on the bottom!!
I need to make myself another pair - I LOVED mine to DEATH!

I guess it would be a motif square? Still, when I look up granny square on the web I get all kinds of square patterns. Not just traditional granny squares.

I finished crocheting my great nephew a baseball bat and ball..My border collie mix tried to steal the ball..lol...Gonna be working on Pixie pillows for the girls for christmas..Bath puffs..My dd wants a graph ghan not sure that's gonna be completed tho..lol
 
@bhazell123 - I think that's called a solid granny square. Or something really similar.

I'm working on a circle-in-a-square granny square in white to make into an lap blanket for my Grandmother-In-Law for Christmas. I have 3 squares done so far.
 
Here's an easy 30-minute (or so) project if you need a quick gift for a baby shower or birthday party present. This one is obviously for a girl, but I'm thinking you could do another crocheted item to attach for a boy's gift (dinosaur or truck?).
