Cross Beak

I was gifted a super sweet cross EE. She gives me the most beautiful blue eggs. She has to be feed separately as she needs a pretty deep dish to be able to eat.

Should I be trimming her beak somehow? It seems t be getting longer/more pronounced.

Crossbeaks often can do with a bit of trimming but photos would help us assess. I use an emery board to shape and smooth down my crossbeak's beak, otherwise she tends to start chipping and cracking in spots, and the overall uneven growth makes it harder for her to eat.
