"Crowing" hens? Weird sinuses?

Many people deal with a respiratory disease in the same way, but just close their flocks. There is nothing wrong with that. Hopefully, your birds will eventually get better.
is it possible that they will survive it and get back to health by themselves with a bit of help such as cleaning nostrils and flushing eyes with saline and getting garlic water once a week? One of my sussexes that was probably sick (other, probably much deadlier disease, as the rest of my sussexes has died in 2-3 days) has recovered , put on weigh a bit and got a pretty, red comb.

Btw i've found something called "mintalin" (probably you won't find it's description in english) but it says that it can make going through respiratory inflanmations (the upper respiratory tracts? idk how to name it) milder, helps with breathing in high ammonia areas, but idk if it can make them healthy or just make symptoms milder. What do u think?
