Just getting used to site , new member and I'm technologically illiterate. I have been a longtime chicken freak as my wife refers me. We have multiple breeds Marans,Americanas,Sumatras,Phoenix,Blue Deleware Games,Orps and too many to list. Have a huge fondness for blues and lavenders. We have multiple pheasant breeds and now I'm getting a pidgeon bug. After the fallow deer that keep appearing in my barn I can't explain to my wife I might wait on the pidgeons. Drop me a line Roguerooster

[IMG]. My avatar is actually my Wolf Dog. He does surprisingly well with all of the birds. I do get asked quite often if he's a coyote though.

Welcome to the site! I see you have already fell prey to the 'chicken math' plague!! [IMG]

If you go to the forum "where am I, where are you" I think you will find a thread or two that may be particular to your neck of the country... depending on where you are in the state you should also check out neighboring areas!

    Have fun!
