Crows are hanging around my coop. Is this a problem?

I trained my dog to run them off when there is a murder of them surrounding the coop and run. Freaks out the birds even though they're protected on all sides. We have them daily, they show up way too early and are noisy all day. They also harass the hawks, and it sounded like a food fight in the neighbors yard the other day, so loud the dog even just stopped to listen and stare. Crows can be creepy.
