My Welp Hatchery BBR Cubalaya chicks at 28 days old.












Once again, these two chicks show the different colors that the other chicks are. I guess they could be male and female. It's hard to get a good picture of their tails, but they do look like they are lobster tail like (wide and droopy). All of the chicks seem strong and are growing fast.

Same genetic marker but not called mottled in Game breeds or breeds that originated from Games like the Cubalaya.

Saladin are you saying that in cubalayas that color is spangled, so what is this color called?

i like the spangled. i also like the red and white above.

Troyer, what was your black hen graded with? She looks a lot like one of the aseel/Jap hens I picked up here. The low wide tail was what really sucked me into stopping...

I heard this nasty rumor going around that JAT is using Flamingos in his grading now: curved beak, leggy and tail carried below the horizontal.

Seriously, that color is hard to say. Looks like a mixture of cinnamon pyle and sdw as expressed in the female.
