I'm not sure what I will make for dinner. I do know that my Ameraucana laid the biggest blue egg, I ever saw her lay today! WOW! I thought she stopped laying for a while.?

The cheese although I love cheese may not fit maybe a bit in the slaw ?

I wouldn't put cheese in cole slaw but if you try it, let us know how you like it.

I wouldn't mind sushi for tonight, but I'm way too far inland to have fresh fish. Maybe I could go catch a trout, and "roll my own"? But trout? I don't think so. not raw on sushi.
