Dried Prunes! (Prunes are a special type of plum that can handle dehydration better)

Prune Cake

2 Cups Flour
1 Cup sugar
2 Tbl Cocoa
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbl Corn Starch
2 Cups Prunes
1 Cup Prune Liquid
2 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
½ cup Oil

Stew Prunes until soft. Finely chop prunes. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Bake in a 9X13 Baking pan.

Bake 25-35 minutes at 350°.

It is very good and freezes well for lunches. We put slices into zip lock bags and then take that with us as part of lunch at work.
