Curious about our male

Hi

We have 2 home hatched quails that are used to being around us and come out twice a day to sit on the sofa to have strokes and meal worms.

Our male seems to shout (crow) at us whenever he sees us.

Could this be him wanting our attention or telling us to bugger off ?

We also adopted 2 new quails who are settling in but 1 in particular is very fearful of human interaction. Any tips? We currently have all 4 out on the sofa but give her a lil box to hide in

Omg lol we need pics of them on sofa and if u hand raised them his crow could mean he wants to see u or know were u are or come out are these coturnix quail ?

I will get pics tomorrow or a vid. It gets a bit chaotic on the sofa. As we try to keep them on a lil section that has a blanket for poops. But if George gets amorous then all hell breaks loose

I love that! I think it’s probably attention that he wants if they’re good with humans. Sometimes one of my animals will get jealous of the others if I’m not paying them ‘enough’ attention. Lol! Also like @Ravenlover said ‘what species of quail are they?’

Tell me about it lol first dvd remote revenge poop cuz i didn't let her have more peanuts 2nd was a weird poop she did that got absorbed then she stared at it then looked at me then she pooped and ate and just made a mess cuz i got her hyper with pets she used to sqeal happy chirps when i would pet her a lot lol miss her

Im currently incubating day 11 is now done on it they are from same colonies so possibly same blood lines as savi im hoping for least 2.(ebay seller who has small colonies of mostly dark and blue face and white now)

@KaLe dA QuAiL im so sorry lol i thought this was another post its cuz i just explained to floor candy that snow died and how then i thought this was same post so u see mix up hope this makes up for it when she decided to take a nap under my foot when she got tired of getting in trouble stealing fiancée yarn strings
