If you do like it, some movies to consider are "Chef", "Chocolat" and"A good year". Oh, I forgot to mention the movie "Blended" earlier. That one was funny too, if you liked "50 first dates", this one is right up your alley.

*Edit* And then we have "Sideways" and "Bottle shock", they're more about wine than food, but great nonetheless. Especially "Bottle shock" was something I really enjoyed.

I'm not a foodie - just an ice creamie so CHEF was a very welcome surprise - I loved it!! So did my brother.

Speaking of ice creamies, I tried fennel ice cream in the summer. It was delicious.

Lived with it, dealt with it in my lifetime. Not me, but someone in my home previously. I guess that's why I couldn't get through the movie-too close to real life. 

I had the same problem with the movie Slingblade.
