Cyst in crop?

Hi everyone - just wondering if anyone has dealt with a cyst in or right next to the crop before? It is a semi hard mass that can be manipulated and gives slightly when gently pressed. Yesterday it was marble size/shape, today slightly bigger. At first I was questioning if she has eaten something - but it does feel like tissue. She has gone off food and water and her crop has become pendulous. She is being hand fed/watered, I have placed her on antibiotics and she is in hospital however am reluctant to put a crop bra on just incase it makes the lump/cyst aggravated. Any ideas as to what this could be? If not in the crop I was thinking it could be on the thymus and because her crop is pendulous I can’t pinpoint if it is in there or not (if not very close to). Unfortunately I can’t take her to the vet because I just spent the last of my savings on another chickens vet bill (COVID-19 sucks - she seems to be making a full recovery though, so money well spent).

Thank you for the reply - she unfortunately passed away. I did a necropsy and found that her gizzard was impacted - so it wasn’t a cyst but the gizzard wall that I could feel. Poor little thing.
