Sorry to hear that the cyst or tumor is still the same. It would be good to know what it is, if the vet could help to identify it or do a necropsy. Hopefully they can take it off or keep her from suffering. Please let us know what the vet thinks.

I'm sorry, I misunderstood your post earlier! I thought she was in a state of decline.I can get her treated but unfortunately it’s $150 just to walk through the door and then I’m assuming they’d want to get rid of whatever it is so ontop of that it’s just too much for 1 bird. As much as I love her got to be realistic.
She’s honestly top hen, first to eat, first to greet me. She seems in no pain at all. Maybe I should wait?

So she is fairly active, eating/drinking, etc.?
If she is, then I would wait to do anything else. Mine are 'pet livestock' so, I let mine keep going unless they can't. If she is happy within herself, is not being picked at, etc. then just keep watch on her and enjoy her.
Since she is not laying eggs anymore, an antibiotic would not hurt her. Which kind do you have?
No she does the picking on, she’s the alpha hen. Honestly not one thing wrong except for the fact of a physical lump. I wonder if a course of antibiotics would help it? I have given her a one off dose when I lanced the ingrown feather but maybe I should try for a week?
Forgot to mention it’s still extremely soft to touch and she doesn’t mind you squeezing and massaging it. So it’s not painful at the lump.
Can you post a photos of the Amoxicillin you have? Is it Clavamox or Amoxicillin? So no judgment, but I give them amoxicillin that’s left over from when my kids have been sick. Only .5ml... I might do that twice a day for 5 days and see if it makes a difference. I’ve been told this is okay to do from a breeder I’ve brought girls off.
