SoManyHats asked how long to leave shipped egg incubating before starting the turner. I said three to five days. Gardeningmama agreed and had detached air cells attach on day 3 and 4. Your Candler is you friend. Get a good one and use it!

SoManyHats asked about scramble yolk in shipped eggs. It is what it sounds like—the yolk is broken in the eggs.

It is hard for an egg like that to hatch.
